Job Title:  IT Quality Assurance Analyst II
Salary:  $69,700

Reports to:  Katrina Jackson

SUMMARY:  :  Evaluates, tests, and validates IT systems, services, and software.  Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards.  Documents issues and tracks the status in designated systems.  Develops solutions to resolve and recommends process, configuration, and product improvements. 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field from an accredited college/university

  • Must have 4 years of experience in quality control

  • Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications

  • Must understand  business requirements to develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans

  • Evaluates, tests, and validates IT systems, services, and software

  • Assists in driving to a resolution of defects

  • Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards

  • Documents issues, log steps to reproduce, and tracks testing status in designated systems

  • Develop solutions to resolve and recommend improvements to processes, configuration, and products

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with developers, the scrum master, product owners, project managers, and customer support
