SUMMARY:
Monitors property lifecycle, including planning, acquisition, distribution, sustainment, accountability, and disposition of property ranging from consumables to major assets (e.g. vehicles and aircraft). Responsible for optimized warehouse operations for various corporate warehouses and/or storage facilities, including shipping and receiving, coordinating facility and equipment maintenance, accurate inventory control and accountability, optimal stock level management, and precise inventory movement tracking. Evaluates program performance and identifies opportunities for improvement to drive constant program enhancement. Analyzes data in proprietary systems and develops reports. Ensures compliance with applicable property standards and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant supply, property, or material management experience.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed property.
- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organization and across a range of different backgrounds, perspectives, and lived experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a broad scope of audiences.
- Federal Grants and 2 CFR 200 experience desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Access and PowerBI is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional logistics, supply chain, property management certification preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license
