Job Title: Wing Administrator Program Training Assistant
Salary: $26.39 hourly
Location: In-office (Wing Location)
Reports to: Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Wing Administrator Program Training Assistant Works independently to provide administrative support to the Wing Administrator Program. This position will complete Wing Administrative functions for wings that do not have this position filled and train new Wing Administrators. Must attend work regularly, manage frequent interruptions and competing priorities, and work irregular hours as necessary to meet project completion schedules. Develop efficient standard processes and procedures to present to Wing Financial Analysts (WFA’s). Create training materials and forms, and develop training curriculum. Assist the WFA’s at year-end and throughout the year as requested.
The ideal candidate will possess:

High school diploma/equivalence required; Associates degree preferred.

At least five years of verifiable experience in the Wing Administrator position is required.

Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills with a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be able to compose non-technical correspondence using a strong command of the English language and proper punctuation.

Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices relating to files required.

Must have excellent time management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Must have experience operating office equipment such as copier and fax machine.

A high level of interpersonal skills, including poise, tact, and diplomacy is required.

Ability to work occasional short-notice overtime required.

Knowledge of Civil Air Patrol preferred not required.

Ability to adapt correspondence to standard Air Force guidelines desired.
