Lt Colonel David Dlugiewicz

Lt Col Dlugiewicz is currently the National IT Manager and Vice Commander of the Ohio Wing.  He is a 21 year veteran of the USAF.  Lt Col Dlugiewicz, then SMSgt Dlugiewicz was hand-picked to implement the $150,000 Wing Technology Exploitation Facility supporting innovation with the testing and development of both real-world and training computers valued at over $250 million to integrate new systems into the world’s largest computer-based training facility. He also established the first training and evaluation program for a new multi-million dollar computer weapon system on the Looking Glass aircraft while he maintained fully qualified Airborne Launch Control System (ALCS) status to include nuclear weapons training. After the Air Force, in 2012,  he was the innovation manager of a Research and Development project using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) for agricultural imaging.
