Mr. Joseph Hall, Jr., CISM

Mr. Hall has served in his current role as Deputy CAP Chief Information Officer for over 13 years of his 20 current years at HQ Civil Air Patrol. He is a transformational leader with a myriad of experiences in innovation, security, and IT solutions. He also serves as HQ CAP Information Security Manager.
