Lt Colonel Brendan Kearns

Lt Col Kearns joined Civil Air Patrol for 13 years, and has held command positions at the squadron, group and wing level.  He has master ratings in Command, Finance, Logistics, Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, Emergency Services, Administration and Senior ratings in Personnel and Safety.  He is currently the Vice Commander - Operations and also serving as Wing Assistant Director in Operations, Safety and Personnel.
