2.  Plan When: In conjunction with a Wing/Region Conference

3.  Plan Where: Wi-Fi, Power for Computers, Projector, Desks or Tables

4.  Contact: CAP/IGT (igt@cap.gov) to get an instructor and schedule the class

5.  Write a “Promotion Piece” (Flyer) for the class

6.  Recruit students (20 max)
