NAVIGATION, ATTITUDE, AND DIRECTION DATA SYSTEM - Aspen
The FAA has issued Special Airworthiness Information Bulletin SW-18-19 dated 9 Jul 18. This bulletin affects aircraft with the Aspen EFD1000 units installed. The FAA recommends that owners and operators flying with STC-installed electronic flight displays be aware of the potential for misleading indications when using electrical equipment, especially electrical equipment that draws high electrical currents.
