New Standardized Maintenance Checklists
The Aircraft Maintenance section has developed several checklists over the past few months to help standardize maintenance across the fleet. The purpose of these checklists are to help maintenance providers achieve a level of standardized maintenance across all Wings and Regions.
Maintenance Coordinators or AMOs will provide the appropriate checklist(s) for aircraft that have a scheduled maintenance event (Annual/100 hr, Pitot Static/Altimeter, Oil Change, Engine or Propeller Replacement) to maintenance providers. Following the scheduled maintenance, the completed checklist will be uploaded into the maintenance information system as a historical record. These checklists will then become part of the aircrafts electronic record.
Beginning 1 Oct 25, the appropriate maintenance checklists are available for use on appliable scheduled maintenance events. Contract maintenance facilities contracts will be updated to address the utilization of the CAP specific checklists during contract renewal periods.
All checklists can be located on the LGM Aircraft Management website under the Forms/Regulations section.
