MIS Testing Effort

MIS Testing Invitation

 

The Maintenance Improvement Team (MIT) will test three vendor systems capable of replacing AMRAD as the Maintenance Information System (MIS) to better track and manage CAP's maintenance program.  The results of this tests, along with your evaluation input of what you see, will be compiled and used in the decision-making process.  This is the mechanism whereby you, as a volunteer, can provide your valuable insight into the decision at hand.

 

These tests will take place during three weeks of February (see schedule below).  All meeting times will be from 6 - 8 pm (CST).

We invite as many CAP volunteers as possible to participate in these test events.  Just click on the appropriate link below to access the correct meeting on the night(s) you wish to attend.  During the meeting, you will be asked several times to provide your input to this selection process.

 

In the meeting you will not be able to use your mic or video.  You will be a silent observer of the demo/test/discussion.  You will, however, be able to use the chat feature. 

 

Here's the most important part: You will be asked to provide your input/evaluation at various points in the discussion each night.  You will be asked to rate each block seen in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and display.  You will also be afforded the opportunity to leave notes for us to help better understand your evaluation.
