Pilot's Operating Handbook - AMSAFE Aviation Inflatable Restraints Supplement Revision

Reason:  To provide a current revised AmSafe Aviation Inflatable Restraints (AAIR) Supplement for the airplane POH. 

Compliance:  Mandatory; the revision shall be reviewed and incorporated as soon as possible, but no later than the next 100 hours of operation or 4 months, whichever occurs first. 

NHQ/MXA mailed the POH supplement to the affected aircraft on 31 Oct 07.

Lycoming Service Bulletin No. 366A:  Carburetor Throttle Body Screw Inspection. 

Models Affected:  All Lycoming engines equipped with Marvel-Schebler, Facet, or Precision carburetors. 

Compliance:  Within the next 50 hours of engine operation and at each 100 hrs of engine operation thereafter, or anytime fuel stains are evident.

NOTE:  Service Bulletins considered mandatory, by the CAP Service Bulletin Committee, and Service Bulletins marked mandatory by the manufacturer, with a credit date, will be posted on this page and distributed to the appropriate Wings.
