Pilot and Copilot Secondary Seat Stop Installation
Effectivity: All CAP Aircraft prior to 1997 models.
Purpose: To provide a modification for installing a new design secondary seat stop for the pilot and copilot seats.
NOTE: Kit installation on the pilot's seat is covered by Cessna at one of their Service Centers. Wings may install the kit on the co-pilot's seat at Wing expense.
Compliance: Mandatory; shall be accomplished within the next 200 hours of operation or 12 months, whichever occurs first.
NOTE: This SB supersedes SEB89-2: Pilot Seat Secondary Stop Installation (all revisions).
CREDIT EXPIRATION DATE: 14 May 2009
NOTE: Service Bulletins considered mandatory, by the CAP Service Bulletin Committee, and Service Bulletins marked mandatory by the manufacturer, with a credit date, will be posted on this page and distributed to the appropriate Wings.
