Firewall Sealant Inspection

Civil Air Patrol aircraft effected:

• 182T   serial numbers:  18281832 thru 18281855 and 18281858

Reason: It has been determined that firewall sealant may not have been sufficiently installed at the wire bundle that goes through the firewall.

Compliance:  Mandatory; shall be accomplished at the next scheduled 100 hour or annual/12 month type inspection, not to exceed 12 months, whichever occurs first. 

CREDIT EXPIRATION DATE:   12 February 2008

NOTE:  Service Bulletins considered mandatory, by the CAP Service Bulletin Committee, and Service Bulletins marked mandatory by the manufacturer, with a credit date, will be posted on this page and distributed to the appropriate Wings.
