CEO and National Commander Selection Announcement

In accordance with the CAP Constitution and Bylaws, the selection process for the next Chief Executive Officer, who will also serve as the National Commander of CAP, is announced.  The successful applicant will succeed the current National Commander, Major General Edward D. Phelka, CAP, whose term expires at CAP's Summer Command Council and Annual Conference in August 2024. The new Chief Executive Officer/National Commander will be appointed by the Board of Governors to a three year term, which may be extended.
