CAP has received a portion of its federal funding and we are working to resume normal operations.   Staff returned to work on Wednesday, Nov 19.  We ask for your patience as the team catches up on their work.  The membership phone line will be unmanned through Thursday, 20 November to allow the team to focus on processing the backlog of applications and renewals.
