The three-year position calls for leadership of the CAP faculty of the nation’s premier online learning environment for volunteer military chaplaincy including weekly staff meetings. The commandant is the primary liaison with the Air Force Chaplain Corps College. Ideal candidate will have a Master rating in the Chaplain specialty track and hold the academic title of “Professor of Military Chaplaincy” by the CAPCCC. The candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a course director for at least one of the professional development courses or Auxiliary programs offered by the college. Candidates should be familiar with online course development using Google Classroom and/or other learning management tools. The ideal candidate should have teaching experience at university, high school, or military levels. This billet is an extra-duty assignment on the staff of the Chief of Chaplain Corps Education and Training (HCE).
