Volunteer National Staff Vacancies
The Chief Operating Officer, in coordination with the National Commander, is searching for qualified CAP members to fill important National staff positions. The process that will be used to select these new staff members is outlined in the attached graphic. Volunteer positions will be filled on an additional duty basis so units in the field continue to enjoy the benefit of using members’ knowledge and skills at the local level. These positions are not paid positions.
CAP senior members interested in serving in these open positions should complete the attached National Staff Application Form and return it to HQ CAP/DP at National Headquarters, HQCAPDP@capnhq.gov or fax 334-953-4262. A two page maximum resume may also be submitted with the application form. Please note the resume can be submitted in place of the application form if it contains all the information listed in the application.
1. National Traffic Net (NTN) HF/ALE Station Operator
Applications will be accepted INDEFINITELY until all positions filled.
2. CAP Command Chief Master Sergeant
