Welcome! Our first obligation as members is to mentor and develop the skills of other members who strive for excellence. CAP's "Read to Lead" program is designed to help.

CAP's "Read to Lead" is designed for any member. As you read and discuss these books with others, you will be better prepared to grasp the leadership skills necessary for CAP and our future!
