With pre-conferences, discovery sessions, learning labs, exciting keynotes, and the collaboration and social space we’ve dubbed “The Hangar,” you are sure to find something interesting.  We’ll celebrate CAP’s best wings, programs, and people with national awards!  The conference will wrap up on Saturday night with an event with our conference sponsors to celebrate the connections and collaborations of the 2024 National Conference. 

San Antonio is a city steeped in more than 300 years of traditions and heritage. As you explore the one-of-a-kind events, restaurants, rich history and art, you will see that the San Antonio River Walk is special and the perfect place to be to relax, renew and recharge.

Members traveling by air should fly into the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). While the hotel doesn't provide a shuttle, the Texas Wing will offer transportation  Tuesday-Saturday (stand by for hours of operation). Members will also be standing by in the airport to assist. Traveling by road is easy too, with the hotel easily accessible by Interstate 37.
