Registration is on the 3rd Floor in Registration 2.

Preconference sessions will be held prior to the official start of the conference.

Full Access: $199.00 

Includes: Keynote Sessions, Learning Labs, Discovery Sessions, Access to The Hangar, Breakfast and Lunch on 16-17 August.                                 

Commander's Reception: $95.00

Mingle with CAP leadership, sponsors, new and old CAP friends while enjoying heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and a cash bar.  Acceptable attire is business casual to mess dress.  

Conference Attire:

Command Council Members, Award Recipients, Head Table and Presenters:
Any CAP uniform combination or business casual attire. No flight suits or utility uniforms.

National Commander’s Reception: Mess dress, CAP blazer combination with plain white shirt and black bow tie, service dress, semi-formal or business casual civilian attire for adult members and guests; service dress, semi-formal, or business casual civilian attire for cadets.

Transportation

There will be shuttle services from the airport to the hotel. You do not need to send a transportation request for transportation outside of the scheduled shuttle times. Please send any questions or unique transportation requests to natcontransportation@capnhq.gov.

Daily Airport Shuttle Schedule

Shuttles are going back and forth from San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter to San Antonio International Airport (passengers can go both ways). To meet the shuttle at the airport, please go to the area between Baggage Claims A and B on the ground level.  Uniformed CAP members will be there to assist you during these hours.

Bus Schedule for Aug. 18

Bus departing from San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter and going to San Antonio International Airport (passengers can only go one way) - signs will be posted directing people to bus loading location.
