Senior Member Tracks
This year’s National Conference learning sessions are intentionally designed to spotlight six key focus areas: Cadet Programs, Safety, Health Services, Chaplain Corps, Judge Advocate, and Inspector General. Each focus area will be featured through engaging, practical sessions that dive deep into current challenges, best practices, and real-world application. Many sessions will intersect across focus areas—especially where they connect to Cadet Programs—creating opportunities to learn how these disciplines work together to strengthen the overall cadet experience. Whether you’re a Cadet Programs Officer, a Safety Officer, a Chaplain or CDI, a legal officer, or Inspector General, this year’s conference offers targeted learning, meaningful overlap, and fresh perspective. If your role touches any of these focus areas, this is the National Conference you don’t want to miss.
Cadet Tracks
New this year, National Conference is introducing Cadet Tracks—learning experiences designed specifically for cadets. These cadet-only sessions put cadets at the center, offering meaningful, engaging content tailored to where they are now—and where they’re headed next. Whether you’re focused on building leadership skills, exploring future careers, or preparing for what comes after cadet life, Cadet Tracks give you the chance to learn, connect, and grow alongside cadets from across the country.
Cadets 12-20: Standard Track
The Standard Cadet Track offers cadets the flexibility to choose sessions that match their interests and goals. With session topics spanning leadership development, career exploration, aerospace, and STEM, cadets can dive into areas that inspire them while gaining practical skills they can apply immediately. This track is ideal for cadets who want to explore, learn, and expand their horizons in an engaging, cadet-focused environment.
Cadets18+: Transition Track
Designed for cadets 18 and older, the 18+ Transition Track supports cadets who are beginning to look ahead to their next chapter. Cadets in this age range can choose to participate in the Standard Cadet Track or step into adult learning sessions alongside senior members. These sessions are geared toward understanding senior member roles, responsibilities, and opportunities—making this track a great fit for cadets preparing to transition, explore leadership beyond cadet life, and envision their future within the organization.
Departmental Updates: What’s New Across the Organization
New this year, the National Conference is introducing a Departmental Updates block—your inside look at what’s happening across the different areas of the organization. Departments will share the latest news, initiatives, and highlights, including updates from areas beyond the six main focus areas. This is your chance to stay informed, discover new opportunities, and see how different parts of the organization are evolving and innovating. Whether you’re curious about emerging programs, exciting projects, or ways to get involved, the Departmental Updates section keeps you connected.
