ScheduleTBD Learning SessionsSenior Member TracksThis year’s National Conference learning sessions are intentionally designed to spotlight six key focus areas: Cadet Programs, Safety, Health Services, Chaplain Corps, Judge Advocate, and Inspector General. Each focus area will be featured through engaging, practical sessions that dive deep into current challenges, best practices, and real-world application. Many sessions will intersect across focus areas—especially where they connect to Cadet Programs—creating opportunities to learn how these disciplines work together to strengthen the overall cadet experience. Whether you’re a Cadet Programs Officer, a Safety Officer, a Chaplain or CDI, a legal officer, or Inspector General, this year’s conference offers targeted learning, meaningful overlap, and fresh perspective. If your role touches any of these focus areas, this is the National Conference you don’t want to miss. Cadet TracksNew this year, National Conference is introducing Cadet Tracks—learning experiences designed specifically for cadets. These cadet-only sessions put cadets at the center, offering meaningful, engaging content tailored to where they are now—and where they’re headed next. Whether you’re focused on building leadership skills, exploring future careers, or preparing for what comes after cadet life, Cadet Tracks give you the chance to learn, connect, and grow alongside cadets from across the country.

Career Connections at National ConferenceThis year’s National Conference is launching a Career Directory that connects cadets directly with senior members working in a wide range of professional fields. Cadets can browse the directory to explore different careers, see real job titles, and identify senior members who are open to sharing their experiences during free moments at the conference. It’s an easy, low-pressure way to ask questions, hear real stories, and start conversations that could shape future goals. Senior members—this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. By opting in during registration, you’ll be listed in the Career Directory with your career field and title, signaling that you’re open to connecting with cadets during the conference. A short conversation can spark curiosity, offer clarity, or inspire a cadet’s next step. If you’re willing to share your journey and engage with cadets, we invite you to opt in and be part of this powerful learning experience. |
