About Underrepresented Cadet Aero Networking:

Underrepresented Cadet Aero Networking (UCAN) connects cadets from historically underrepresented, underserved, and under resourced communities with professionals in aerospace-related fields.

UCAN's goal is to provide cadets with valuable opportunities to gain experience from, network with, and be inspired by accomplished individuals in the aerospace industry with whom they have shared identities and lived experiences. Through their engagement with this program, cadets will find their future selves in today’s leaders.
