WING CHAMPIONS
As part of the recent TLC On Demand launch, Cadet Programs has added a new online suicide prevention training designed specifically for adult leaders who work with cadets. The course—QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer)—equips members with practical tools to recognize warning signs and take potentially lifesaving action, by referring them to help.
The course is fully online, takes about an hour, and participants earn a certification, similar to CPR. The training is available to all senior members (Level 1 and above) and sponsor members through Absorb.
Below are materials you can utilize to help spread awareness to your wing and to encourage members to take the training.

Who Is It For?
