CAPR 60-1 Cadet Pogram Management
Updates Include: TLC On Demand (fully online, self paced pathway) will be another way to earn TLC credit TLC renewal period will change form 48 months to 36 months beginning 1 January 2026 - coming in the CAPR 60-1 regulation update. Progressive Discipline guidelines make it clear that parental communication is important and allows for record keeping to track ongoing disciplinary actions. Commanders, assisted by legal officers, ensure that overnight activities within their Wing comply with health and safety requirements mandated by government. This includes NCSAs, NFA, CSAs, Encampments and other activities. Instructs Commanders to not cancel and encampment, or deny accommodation requests prior to conferring with Cadet Programs. Introduces the Encampment Commander’s Checklist as a tool for Wing leadership to review status of an encampment prior to the activity start.
