Wing Mentoring Program

Mentoring is one of the most important aspects of onboarding a pilot in CAP.  Although not difficult, the requirements to be checked out in a CAP aircraft can seem complicated.  The documents that follow are those used developed by the Indiana Wing to manage their mentoring program. 

The documents to the right, developed by the Indiana Wing, can be used by any Wing to develop their own Wing specific Pilot mentoring program.
