Cadets Invited To Virtual Military Pilot Panel

May 14, 2020

An upcoming Zoom panel will give participants, including cadets and students, the opportunity to ask questions of active duty military pilots. According to Lt. Col. Alan Frazier, North Dakota Wing director of operations, from 7 to 8:30 May 20, the North Dakota Wing and University of North Dakota (UND) Aerospace will be hosting a military pilot panel. Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps pilots will be serving as panelists. All CAP members, especially cadets, are invited to this aerospace education opportunity

The event, Red, White and Blue: Military Pilot Career Panel, is part of the UND Aviation Industry Speaker Series. The panel is focused on individuals interested in learning what it is like to be a military pilot. Frazier describes it as a great opportunity for elementary, middle, high school and college students to ask questions of active duty military pilots flying a wide variety of aircraft including: F-35 "Lightning II," AC-130  "Spectre," AH-64 "Apache" and the AH-1Z "Viper."
