How do I know when it is time to renew my membership?
A free renewal email is sent 60 days prior to your membership expiring and if you don’t reply, you will receive it again at 30 days. (A renewal alert banner can also be seen at the top of eService sign-in page beginning at 90 days.) It would be helpful to provide CAP with a secondary email to ensure you receive the free renewal notification. Once your membership expires, you will be unable to renew using the email link. To change your email contact information at any time, log into eServices and update your information under "My Account."
