National Operations Center

The National Operations Center (NOC) coordinates CAP’s support for civil authorities and military commanders. This includes airborne imagery, communications support for counterdrug, homeland security, disaster operations, as well as low-level surveys and range support for military operations.

The NOC is available 24/7 and can be reached via phone at 888-211-1812. During regular hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday), the NOC is fully staffed. After hours, calls are forwarded to a duty officer to ensure continuous support.

For non-emergency requests, you can also reach the NOC via email at opscenter@capnhq.gov or by fax at 800-555-7902. For urgent matters outside of normal hours, please follow up email or fax correspondence with a call to the duty officer.
