Training Leaders of Cadets Basic Course

The Training Leaders of Cadets program is under revision, transitioning from a single, 2-day seminar to a suite of three 1-day courses: TLC Basic, TLC Intermediate, and TLC Advanced.
Course materials are online at capmembers.com/TLC. Participants will complete two brief webinars via the Learning Management System in eServices before arriving for the in-residence portion. This blended environment allows us to shorten the program to 1-day in residence, thereby making it easier for members to participate.
Members who completed the “old” TLC program do not need to enroll in TLC Basic, although it’ll make for great refresher training. Squadrons are compliant with CAPR 52-16 if they have at least 2 graduates of TLC (any level, any edition) on their roster.
The National Cadet Team is offering TLC Basic and field-testing TLC Intermediate during the National Conference in Nashville on Wednesday 10 August and Thursday 11 August, respectively. Seats are limited, so register now at capmembers.com.
