Distribution of ABU'S from Air Force to CAP

Great news, a letter was signed today endorsing the distribution of ABU'S from Air Force units to CAP!! We encouraging all USAF units who can please collect and send serviceable ABUs to local CAP units. These uniforms can be sent at any time. If a unit has questions please contact CAP NHQ or Maggie Spikes. Thanks for all you do and continue to shine light and give service.

I am the DCC for the Redstone Composite Squadron. We are in need of ABUs. I can provide sizes in the next few days

Where can I find the letter in question or contact info for Ms. Spikes? I don't see her anywhere on the national contact roster.

Is there an email address for Maggie Spikes? I would like to get a copy of the letter that was signed to pass onto our AF base counterparts where our squadron meets.
