Announcing National TLC Coordinators

Posted on January 29, 2024 at 9:42 AM by Elizabeth Hornbach

The National Cadet Team recently welcomed Lt Col Natalie Franc and Lt Col Joshua W. Stultz to the team as the new TLC Coordinators. Lt Col Franc and Lt Col Stultz will be coordinating the new national TLC virtual offerings. In an effort to expand the offerings for TLC, National Headquarters will begin offering regularly scheduled TLC-Basic & TLC-Intermediate courses, offered virtually. Locally offered TLC courses will remain intact as they are, we are just aiming to create another way to expand the accessibility of TLC.

Lt Col Natalie Franc – TLC Basic

Lt Col Natalie Franc will be overseeing the TLC-Basic offerings. Lt Col Franc began her journey with Civil Air Patrol in Hawaii in 2011. She has taught extensively in the virtual setting as the former Director of Education for Texas Wing, as a VOLU instructor, and in her professional life. She has recently organized and led virtual-in-residence classes for Levels 2-5. She also serves as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Education and Training for Southeast Region. Lt Col Joshua W. Stultz – TLC Intermediate

Lt Col Joshua Stultz will be overseeing the TLC-Intermediate offerings. Lt Col Stultz’s journey within CAP began in 2006 as a cadet. His experience includes service as the Commander of Cobb Composite Squadron, Group Cadet Programs Officer, Aerospace Education Officer and most recently as the TLC Coordinator for Georgia Wing. He has organized and led a number of TLCs across his wing, both in person and virtually. He comes to us with many years as a Cadet Program Officer. His time spent as a Deputy Commander for Cadets and a Unit Commander gives him excellent knowledge to lead the TLC Intermediate Courses. Read more about Lt Col Joshua Stultz.

Course offerings will begin in February. For more information, visit the Nationally Offered Courses webpage.
